Another Home Sold!
We would like to congratulate Lew and Judy on the sale of their home located at 4130 Silverbell Way in Bellingham. We are very grateful that Lew and Judy decided to put their trust in us to help them get their home sold. Lew and Judy were trying to sell their home For Sale By Owner (FSBO) so I gave them a call just to ask them for the opportunity to come by and show them how exactly myself and my Dad could help them sell their home and do it in a timely manner. Time was of the essence in this situation because Lew and Judy had plans to move to California where Judy is from and their goal was to sell the house and be moved before the rainy season here in the PNW. Of course, as anyone from here knows that could come at any time. So, after about a 45 minute discussion they said they would have to think about it because they were still excited about trying to sell their home themselves. About 2 days later Lew called me up and the rest is history! I am pleased to say that not only did we get them to California in time before the rainy season and to their family but we also got them the price they were after as well. It was an absolute pleasure getting to work with and get to know Lew and Judy during the process. We hope you are extremely happy and excited to be in California with your family. I know you will be enjoying the sunny 65 degree winter too!
